Life is meant for living.  We are here to grow, evolve and experience all the world has to offer.  To do this we have to decide to embrace the opportunities we have with gratitude and gusto, and to consciously learn to create.  To not do this, to stagnate in your evolution and make do with your existence, deprives you of any sense of achievement or fulfillment.  Long periods of stagnation can lull you into believing you are less capable of determining your own life and desired outcomes than you really are.  

Everything and everyone you have in your life right now is the culmination of every experience, every thought, action, choice and consequence you have faced up until now.  There are many things in this world that are out of your control - however it is your choice as to whether you want your past experiences to be the blueprint for your future.  It makes sense doesn't it, that if you want different results then something has to change?  And the only thing you have any power to change is YOU.

The AMAZING DAILY PLANNER steps you through clearing your head, sorting out your priorities, and setting a very clear focus for the day. It's clever questions helps you prepare yourself for any challenges that may arise and decide in advance how you want to navigate these. PLUS its detailed time planner and priority list helps you make decisions and set realistic goals around what is achievable for the day ahead (not what you think you would be able to do if you had a magic wand!) 

The planner consists of 3 PARTS:

1. The Planner
Each morning you will take action to organise your MIND as well as your day, around what feels good for you.
2. The Daily Journal
At the end of each day you get to spend a few moments reflecting on the day - what went well, what didn't (there are great tips and insights on how you can find resolution around things that didn't go to plan, so as to start the next day fresh).  

3. The Weekly Reflection
This includes some great questions for you to reflect on to help consolidate the awarenesses and changes you have gained through this exercise.
